Naga Siren's Ultimate Stops Enemy's Ability Cooldown.

Naga Siren's ultimate Song of the Siren has a duration of 7 seconds, 1250 radius and 0.8 cast time. Whenever an enemy unit is being affected of Naga Siren's ultimate she can't be targeted or attacked by enemy units and an enemy that is affected of the song of the siren can't also move or act until the ultimate's duration ends or until Naga Siren will cancel or stop it by pressing it again. Naga Siren's ultimate also affects neutral creeps, buildings and towers. Naga Siren's ultimate is very helpful in team fights, it can help it's ally whose being attacked by enemies, every time naga Siren pops it's ultimate all enemy unit within the Area of effect of it's ultimate will be affected and will sleep for 7 seconds and all Naga Siren's ally can move, act and escape from enemies during the song of the siren. It is also good in setting a combat against enemy heroes.


Naga Siren Ulti Cooldown

Enemy heroes that are affected by Naga Siren's ultimate will put into a magical stasis, they cannot move, act, attack or be attacked. Obviously, Naga Siren's ultimate has no damage dealt to enemy heroes whose affected or in the AOE of the song of the siren, they are not stunned either, they are just slept. However the cooldown of the enemy's abilities is still running or still cooling down.

"But, What if the cooldown of the abilities of an enemy hero will also stop whenever they're affected by Naga Siren's ultimate?"

This idea just came out in my mind when I watched some tournament videos and just realized that whenever Naga Siren pops it's ultimate to set a combat against enemy. Of course during the song of the siren and all her allies are setting a skill, combo or an ability to release after the song against the enemy. However during the song of the siren those affected enemies will also plan or prepare it's moves and counter ability to cast after the siren in order to counter or escape from the siren combat initiation strategy. So it would be fair for the siren to also disable or stop the cooldown of the abilities of the enemy units within the Siren AOE. Though it does not really affects those heroes that has a long ability cooldown duration, however it affects most of the support heroes, skill typed heroes and stunner heroes like Earthshaker and Sand king, also to those magic or skill typed heroes like Timbersaw, Zeus, Necrophos, Leshrac, Death Prophet and Winter Wyvern.

This idea is also applicable to those heroes that has an ability to sleep enemy heroes like Elder Titan and Bane. There is no inventory item, skill or hero ability in Dota yet that disables or stop the cooldown of the enemy's ability. Valve Dota can apply this idea to the game or even add this meta whenever Naga Siren purchases Aganim's Scepter since it's ultimate is upgradable with Aganim's Scepter.

What do you think? Is it good for Naga Siren's ultimate to also stop the cool down of the ability of every enemy under the AOE of the song of the Siren? It's not overpowered though, it just stops the enemy's ability cool down under the song of the Siren's AOE and in just 7 seconds duration only.
